A sit-inside. Your legs are out of the wind and the splash, and the boat is narrower and faster for its length. Carry a pump, and read the cold-water guide before April. The Pelican Argo EXO is 36 lb; the Old Town Vapor has the big cockpit if climbing in worries you.
